You may have noticed on the top right hand side of your screen there is an area that says Spongy Points [“Points Number”] “This is the SpongeBob Forum Points System”.

The SpongeBob Points System is like virtual money on the spongebobforum.com website which you can spend your points on things like virtual lotto tickets, to try and win more points. You can also use your points to play in the SpongeBob Arcade Room and if you win the games you will win even more points.

Below I have highlight some of the main features of the SpongeBob Points System. “Happy Points Building You Goofy Goobers”


Earning Spongy Points
For every post you make you will receive points. You automatically get 15 points per new topic, 10 points per new post, 20 points for a picture upload to the Sponge Bob galleries and then also depending on how many words are within your new topic or post you will get 0.05 points per word on top of your initial points for creating the post or topic.

Stealing Spongy Points
If you go into the Spongy Points console (click on the Spongy Points Button on the top right hand bar [“Points Number”]

In this area you will see a tab called Robbery, click on that. Type the name of the person you wish to steal from and how many points you want to steal....... (You can try to steal another users points. But you can only try to steal 10% percent of the user's current cash amount! Like in real life, crime doesn’t pay. Your chance of being successful in stealing the points is 25% percent. If you are not successful, you will loose the 75% percent of the value you wanted to steal from your existing points!)

Donating Points
If you go into the Spongy Points console and click on transfer, you can donate some of your points to another member.

Bank of Bikini Bottom
If you do not want people to steal your points then you need to bank them. Any points in your Bikini Bottom Bank Account can not be touched, where as points you have to hand can be stolen. To bank your points go into the Spongy Points console and click on “Bank of Bikini Bottom”.

SpongeBob Lottery
Here you can play the lottery Maximum of 5 tickets per game. The draw runs every 7 days (168 Hours). Each ticket costs 10 points with a maximum of a 50 point win and at a 25% chance of winning “better than the national lotto lol” . If no one wins the lotto the points get added to the jackpot for next weeks SpongeBob Lottery.
